No one knows when you’ll have an emergency situation so being ready is what we all need to learn. First Aid is the best way to prevent death or any other worse situation. We should have a first Aid Kit and the AED (American External Defibrillators) at home for emergency use. The AED can read a persons heart rhythm and check if a shock is needed. So better get these as they are essential to each of us.
