Tummy Aches

I don’t know if it is about what I ate for that day or maybe I already have ulcer as i eat my meals late. A friend suggested to go get a colon cleansers and have a clean tummy. I was hesitant about doing it. Much more afraid about doing it. Maybe I will try doing it sometimes. I think it will lessen my tummy aches and will get a good and healthy tummy right? But I still need more convincing powers. Help!?
