Thankful for my Child
Posted in Daily Thoughts on 11/05/2008 07:30 pm by dianeMy son was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. He is in heaven already. When he was diagnosed, I didn’t even know what cerebral palsy means. I googled at that time and found great information. I gained hope when I saw pictures and articles from cerebral palsy lawyers and writers. I said Huey will be like that someday. Even if he is handicapped, he can still pursue his dreams. But God gave him a mission that only lasted until he was three years old. I understand and accepted that. I am happy that he became a part of our lives. Even if my dreams for him didn’t come true.
