Fractional Ownership

She wanted to invest more on land ownership and little by little she can get a land of her own. Their business is on a downside right now so fractional ownership is the only thing she can have. But that is a big investment already right? I just hope and pray that their business will boom again so that they can invest more and save money for their daughter who is in need of money for her studies.
